Wine Review: This yellow colored Gewurz opens with a very fragrant ripe Bartlett pear and lychee bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, rich, crispy, and viscous. The flavor profile is a spicy ripe pear and minerality blend with notes of toasted almond and oak. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and acidity still tingles after it’s gone. This wine would pair well with Bamboo's chicken lo-mein. Enjoy - Ken
