Wine Review: This opaque and very dark ruby colored Malbec opens with a black raspberry bouquet with a hint of blackberry and oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral influenced blackberry with notes of black olive and oak. The finish is dry and its acidity and moderate tannins are a bit sticky. This Malbec would pair well with veal involtini with prosciutto and parmesan. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense purple color. Intense aromas of ripe red and black fruits such as blueberry and cassis. Very intense spicy notes with great complexity. Full bodied with firm and mature tannins. Very long finish.
