Wine Review: This pale straw colored Prosecco displays stone fruits instead of the ripe fruits like most of the Proseccos at this price point. On the palate, it is light bodied. This Prosecco drinks a little bit leaner and meaner than most Proseccos at the same price point. The acidity and finer bubbles makes you think that this is less “Sunday morning” and more at the table with dinner. With granny smith apples and white peaches making up the majority of the palate this is a great summer refresher. Enjoy - Nicolay
