Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose from Cotes de Provence opens with a mild strawberry bouquet with hints of wild roses. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, mouthwatering and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild strawberry with nicely integrated gentle minerality with a hint of dried cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This is a very nice summer wine. Enjoy it poolside with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Light and shiny salmon color. Mineral and floral, peach and strawberry aromas. Fresh minerality and red berries, good acidity. This rose will naturally be enjoyed with Provencale cuisine but also stands up to richer dishes such as foie gras or chicken with morels.
