Wine Review: This Wittmann Dry Riesling from Germany is pleasant. It is straw colored and displays a bouquet that is fruity and includes pears, pineapples and guava. It is light bodied and crisp on the palate. Its flavor profile includes grapefruit, lemon, and light pineapple with managed minerality and nice acidity. Some grapefruit flavors linger during its nice dry finish. It is an easy going wine that is balanced. It will be a nice wine for a hot summer day. I would have this Dry Riesling with lemon grass chicken or by itself chilled on a nice summer night!-Joe
