Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot is Very Good for a sub $20 Pinot. It opens with a pleasant mild black cherry and cola like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry with notes of mild integrated oak with hints of black raspberry and black pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are friendly and subtle. This Pinot would be ideal for grilled salmon with lemon, capers, and rosemary. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: An excitingly complex and well balanced Pinot Noir with gorgeous mouthwatering aromas of blackberry and a touch of leather. This wine slips into your mouth with juicy and lip-smacking flavors that mirror the aromas. It is balanced by vivacious acidity and a soft and velvety mouthfeel which wraps around your tongue delivering the impression of sweetness from the soft ripe tannins.
