Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a fragrant and attractive plum and red currant bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a tasty spicy plum with notes black pepper and some hints of red beet and black raspberry. The finish is dry and its mild acidity and flavors linger for quite a while after the wines is gone. This Pinot would pair well with smoked salmon. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A lush and rich reflection of a warm vintage, our estate wine shows balanced red and black fruit, some plum notes, baking spices and clove aromas, nice acidity, soft tannins and a long finish. Drink now or consider cellaring this bold wine for an additional 2 to 4 years.
