Wine Review: This light yellow colored dessert wine opens with a honey and light apricot bouquet with just a hint of ginger in the background. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and viscous. The flavor profile is liquid honey. If you love honey, you will really enjoy this wine. The finish is moderately sweet. It would pair perfectly with Italian anise cookies from Mike's Pastry in Boston's North End. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Sweet and explosive aromas of honeysuckle blossoms and honeydew with hints of nectarine. Flavors mirror aromas with prominent notes of honey and melon accented by hints of stone fruit. The mouthfeel is soft and round with well-balanced acidity that carries into the long finish, inviting another sip.
