Wine Review: This pale yellow colored white blend opens with a fragrant apple and pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is a very tasty grapefruit and clementine blend with notes of white pepper and a hint of lemon. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This is a very impressive wine for the money. As a matter of fact it is a steal. It would pair well with many foods. Shrimp cocktail came to mind for me. Buy it by the case for your holiday parties. Enjoy – Ken
