Wine Review: This straw colored quasi-sparkling wine opens with a very fragrant and inviting tangerine and pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, slightly effervescent, fruit forward and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with notes of ripe orange throughout. I also detected hints of apricot. The finish remains nicely sweet and refreshing. This is a fun wine to serve slightly chilled as an opener at your holiday parties. My sweet wine loving sister would really enjoy this wine. I would pair well with mini-spring rolls. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lightly sparkling with a fresh, fragrant bouquet composed of peach and apricot aromas. It is clean on the palate with tiny bubbles tingling the palate. A pleasantly sweet wine with a crisp, refreshing finish. Villa Rosa Moscato d’Asti is an incredibly approachable wine. The sweet fruit is balanced by agreeable acidity and minerality. An easy sipper that will wonderfully complement dessert or stand on its own to toast the evening. Enjoy while fresh.
