Wine Review: This dark red colored Pinot Noir opens with a red beet and mild black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and silky. The flavor profile is a mildly tart plum with hints of black raspberry, black pepper, and a touch of oak. The finish is dry, a touch hot, and slightly prolonged. This Pinot would be a complement roasted Cornish game hens or squab. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Deep garnet in colour, the nose displays black cherry, plum and spice notes. The concentrated palate returns rich liquorice flavours with a long, velvety tannin finish.
