Wine Review: Fans of Aussie Dry Riesling will like this offering from New Zealand. It is light yellow colored and opens with a petroleum jelly bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic, yet has a mostly round mouth feel. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart lime with notes of green apple. The finish is semi-dry and refreshing. This wine would pair well with a Monte Cristo sandwich. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: True & Daring has incredible minerality with aromas of tangerine citrus and white peach followed by layered flavors of lemon curd, lime and orange blossom.
