Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cab opens with an attractive mild menthol and black cherry bouquet with a hint of cedar. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and savory. The flavor profile is a delicious spicy black cherry with a hint of menthol and pepper. The finish is dry and its building moderate tannins last for a while. The panel suggested pairing this wine with a New York strip steak or Churrasco. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Our 2004 Meteor Single Vineyard Cab offers a unique blend of flavors coupled with an elegant and satisfying mouth feel. With overlapping aromas of anise and cola, this wine immediately draws you in to its complex elegance which is epitomized by the soft yet mouth-filling texture that offers up subtle doses of warm, white chocolate and vanilla.
