Wine Review: This pale yellow Pinot Bianco displays lots of bubbles when first poured. They dissipate quickly. It opens with a very mild lime bouquet with a hint of anise. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a very approachable mild green pear with nicely integrated gentle minerality. There is a hint of green apple in the background as well. The finish is dry and subtle. This is a very versatile and food friendly wine that would pair well with light fish. I would pair it with pan fried rainbow trout. Enjoy - Ken
