Wine Review: This salmon colored Rose from Washington State is superb and an absolute steal at $14. It opens with a fragrant strawberry and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced and savory. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused strawberry with hints of watermelon and faint clementine. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Rose is very food friendly and would pair well with many foods. I would have it with grilled Mahi-Mahi. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This 2014 Cabernet Franc Rose is light and crisp. This wine screams Strawberry cream pie throughout the aromas and palate. The nose is also filled with orange, bubblegum and juicy star fruit. It is balanced seamlessly and has very nice viscosity and a clean finish. Truly a summer celebration is a glass!
