Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc from Terra Valentine has a French feel to it. It opens with a blueberry bouquet with a hint of cedar. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a crushed gravel and red plum blend with notes of dried oregano and oolong tea. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are sticky and show nice length. It also gets even better on day two. This Cab Franc would pair well with a hearty duck ragu with tagliatelle. Enjoy - Ken
