Wine Review: This straw-colored wine from Italy opens with a honeydew melon and green apple bouquet with hints of crushed seashell and lemon. On the palate, this wine is full bodied with integrated plus acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, round, bright, and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty lemon verbena and green apple blend with notes of green tea, chalky minerality and honeydew melon. I also detected some hints of white pepper, almonds, and saline. The finish is dry, and its acidity and flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair this versatile Italian white wine with grilled swordfish skewers or with your favorite fish taco recipe. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
Bouquet: The nose conveys sensations of undergrowth such as hawthorn, arbutus, daisies, and yellow fruit, with echoes of aromatic herbs. Above all apricot and white peach.
Taste: Full and elegant. It is round on the palate; the acidic texture and mineral hints give this wine an unexpected crunchy note. The soils give it freshness and flavor. It is well-balanced. It closes with a slightly almondy finish.
Pairing: First courses and fish sauces, asparagus omelet, vegetarian pizza, or vegetable soup.
