Wine Review: This dark red colored Tempranillo opens with a nice black cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, easy to drink and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry with notes of mild raspberry and oak. I also detected hints of dark chocolate. The finish is quite dry and its tannins stick around for quite some time. This wine is a terrific value wine and would pair nicely with a juicy mushroom and Swiss Burger. Enjoy – Ken
