Wine Review: This dark pink colored Rose made from Malbec opens with a mild strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and a display a hint of sweetness. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused strawberry and Maraschino cherry with a hint of red raspberry. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This Rose would be a nice beach option slightly chilled and served with sharp cheddar cheese. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: A beautiful, deep, vibrant rose color. Has a surprising amount of body for a rose wine, and beautiful aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and hints of spice. On the palate, the flavors of strawberries and young cherries come rushing in, accompanied by some spice notes and a clean, dry finish. Pair with roasted chicken, spicy Asian foods.
