Wine Review: This Riesling showed well in our first blind flight. It is pale yellow colored and opens with a mild pineapple and gentle peach bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very well balanced, and shows harmonious acidity. The flavor profile is a delicious gentle lime and lemon blend with a hint of minerality. The finish is semi dry and lingers slightly. A couple of panelists thought this wine was rather quaffable and would do well on it's own. With food they would pair it with chicken tortellini with a wild mushroom cream sauce or fried eggplant. Enjoy - KWGTP
