Wine Review: This pale yellow colored white blend from Sonoma County is a Very Good. It opens with a fragrant and attractive pear bouquet with a hint of apricot and bubblegum. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and slightly viscous. The flavor profile is a mineral infused Anjou pear with notes of mild lime. The finish is dry and rather refreshing. This wine would pair well with steamed mussels in a white wine broth. I would even use this in the dish. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Very exuberant, lively nose leading to a tightly wound palate with energy and verve. The absence of oak further highlights the citrus, cut grass and spice characters of the varietals. We were careful to harvest the grapes while the acids were still bright, giving a lovely clean finish. Hard not to have another glass!
