Wine Review: This pale coral colored Rose opens with opens with a faint peach bouquet. On the palate, on the palate this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apple with gentle minerality and a touch of watermelon. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair well with many foods. I would pair this wine with grilled red snapper with a tropical fruit salsa. Enjoy - Ken
