Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a black currant bouquet with a hint of black raspberry and smoky oak. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, silky, and savory. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild black cherry with hints of black raspberry, plum, black pepper, and gentle oak. The finish is dry, subtle, and it drifts away nicely. This Pinot would pair perfectly with cherry amaretto chicken. Enjoy - Ken
