Wine Review: This ruby colored Pinot opens with a mild smoky oak and light black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a gentle plum with nicely integrated soft oak. There were also slight notes of black raspberry and black currant detected. The finish is dry and its refined tannins make it rather friendly. This Pinot would pair well with many foods. I would definitely like to try it with thyme seasoned pork tenderloin. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: The nose of this wine opens up beautifully, offering sweet cherry and plum aromas laced with cola nuances, then revealing seductive scents of perfectly ripe strawberries. The wine's lush textures, deftly balanced by lively acidity, carry succulent strawberry and black cherry flavors with a hint of bark on a lingering finish.
