Wine Review: This translucent ruby colored Pinot Noir from Stemmler opens with a fragrant black raspberry and oak bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, well balanced, smooth, and fruity. The fruit flavors are a ripe black raspberry and oak blend with notes of black currant. The finish is quite dry and its fruit flavors are nicely prolonged. I would pair this fruity Pinot with fresh sliced Norwegian salmon. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: This Pinot Noir offers many layers of beautiful ripe strawberry, raspberry and intense black cherry and plum aromas mingled with hints of cola, forest floor and earth. The wine is fleshy, sleek and spicy, with copious wild berry, black cherry and strawberry flavors, good grip and a sustained, well-balanced finish.
