Wine Review: This ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a black currant and oak bouquet with a hint of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied with integrated medium acidity. The mouthfeel is balanced, smooth and approachable. The flavor profile is a stony minerality and black currant blend with notes oolong tea and cola. I also detected some hints of oak and cherry. The finish is dry, and its moderate tannins linger and last for a while. This Cab is very food friendly and versatile. It would pair well with a filet mignon. Enjoy - Ken
