Wine Review: This straw colored Spatlese level Riesling opens with a mild lime and pear like bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly sweet and elegant. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused red apple with notes of tangerine. I also detected a touch of lime and quince. The finish remains sweet and the flavors continue to linger after the wine is gone. I would pair this elegant Riesling with broiled scallops. Enjoy - Ken
