Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling from St. Urbans Hof is impressive for an entry level offering. It opens with an over ripe pear and green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is pleasantly semi-sweet, approachable and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is a refreshing key lime with hints of green apple, honey, and white pepper. The finish remains semi-sweet and its fruit flavors linger for a while. This is a perfect beach wine and was enjoyed by all that got a chance to try it. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: An elegant, crisp and fruity Riesling with a hint of natural residual sweetness. This wine has the typical light character of the Riesling grape and the style of a classic Mosel Riesling. Served as aperitif or as companion to Tapas, Scampis, roasted fish or Thai cuisine. "Solo" enjoyed, it is a guarantor for long pleasant and comfortable evenings.
