Wine Review: This light yellow colored Riesling opens with a wet stone, mild petrol and green pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and viscous, yet displays crisp acidity. The flavor profile is a slightly tart green apple with hints of minerality and ripe Bosc pear. The finish is semi-dry and subtle. This is a food friendly Riesling that would pair well with ham. Winemaker Notes: A light and minerally Riesling, racy and spritzy with flowery and smoky notes coming from the slate soil. It has an almost electrifying acidity, while remaining poised and very delicate at the same time.
