Wine Review: This very light yellow colored Riesling opens with a wet stone and lime bouquet with a hint of petrol. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly sweet and nicely balanced between its fruit and acidity. The flavor profile is a ripe lime and mild tangerine blend with a hint of iced tea and touch of lemon. The finish is pleasant and its fruit lingers nicely. This is a very nice Riesling to consider for a hot summer day or would pair well with your ham with sliced pineapple at your holiday dinner. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: A Riesling with the typical delicacy of touch of a Kabinett while showing enormous depth and structure. The nose reveals herbal notes combined with an almost exotic cocktail of black currant, grapefruit and gooseberry, the very hallmark flavours of the famous Piesporter Goldtröpfchen vineyard site. This Riesling has a refreshing, ever so subtle effervescence, which adds even more to its appeal and increases its capacity for long ageing. An incredible wine, with only 8% alcohol, delivers a thoroughly profound and multilayered taste sensation.
