Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a funky mango and guava bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and has balanced acidity with a slightly viscous mouthfeel. The flavor profile is a pink grapefruit and green apple blend. There was also some guava and kiwi detected on the back palate. The finish is dry and it displays a pleasant lingering aftertaste. This Sauvignon Blanc would pair well with grilled rainbow trout from Mary Mac's Tea Room down in Atlanta. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This exotic wine presents with lovely pale hues of yellow pierced by youthful hints of green. Aromas of pink grapefruit and green lime explode from the glass with a citrus vibrancy complimented by a hint of caper and fennel. Flavors follow with the same grapefruit and lime focus, a full rich flavor and a crisp twist of lemon zest to finish. This Sauvignon Blanc is an exceptionally exciting wine!
