Wine Review: This white gold colored organic Gewurztraminer opens with a mild apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a mild lychee and gentle apricot with hints of honey, quince, and mild minerality. The finish remains slightly sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This Gewurz would pair well with cashew chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Made from organically grown fruit, this wine is a pure expression of Gewurztraminer grape characters. Spicy, fruity aromas are coupled with crisp and juicy fruit flavors that will pair well with spicy ethnic dishes.
