Wine Review: This deep garnet colored Cabernet Sauvignon from S.R. Tonella opens with a black currant and tree bark bouquet with hints of black cherry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and with medium acidity. The mouthfeel is soft, round, and balanced. The flavor profile is black cherry and black currant blend. We also detected some notes of stony minerality and dark chocolate along with a touch of gentle oak mixed in. The finish is dry, and its dusty mild tannins fade away nicely. The Panel would pair this very approachable and very easy to drink Cab with BBQ brisket burnt ends or steak frites. Enjoy – KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Welcomes with an opening of blackberry, cherry, cocoa, and juniper berry notes. Bold and inviting on the palate with evolving layers of red & black stone fruit and savory spices. Rounded tannins give way to a lengthy finish of cassis, mocha and pleasant light toastiness.
