Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Pinot opens with an attractive spicy blueberry bouquet with hints of earth and licorice. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, smooth, elegant, and soft. The flavor profile was a tasty juicy blueberry with some dark chocolate. The finish is dry, with moderate tannins that linger for quite some time. This is a very versatile, food friendly, and easy to drink Pinot Noir. The panel noticed that it did develop more complexity with some air. They would recommend pairing it with a grilled pork tenderloin. This is available only from the winery. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: This Burgundian style Pinot Noir opens with hints of vanilla and strawberry followed by smoky French Oak and cherry. This well balanced and medium bodied wine has nicely integrated tannins and a long, lingering finish with layers of cherry, pepper, bay leaf and raspberry.
