Wine Review: This salmon colored Rose made from Syrah is very nice. It opens with a strawberry like bouquet with a hint of match tip. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused light clementine with hints of white pepper and strawberry. The finish is dry and pleasant. This is a perfect summer quaffer for the beach. Serve it slightly chilled with Kerrygold Dubliner cheese and stone wheat crackers. Enjoy – Ken.
Winemaker Notes: Bone-dry, crisp, and refreshing; pairs with a wide variety of foods and flavors. "This dry rose is drawn from an old-vine Syrah vineyard in the heart of the Russian River Valley and is best enjoyed in its youth." – David Ramey
