Wine Review: This light yellow colored Viognier opens with a Bartlett pear like bouquet with a hint of oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and creamy. The flavor profile is a tasty mild peach with hints of cantaloupe and a hint of oak towards the back palate. The finish is dry and its oak notes linger well after the wine is gone. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with wild mushroom risotto. Enjoy – Ken
