Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet opens with a mild smoky oak and gentle black currant bouquet with hints of light leather and tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, soft, round and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a blueberry and cherry vanilla blend with hints of menthol and mild integrated oak. The finish is dry and its tannins are slightly prolonged. This Cab is food friendly and would be a nice wine with a barbecue chicken sandwich or a bacon and cheddar burger. Enjoy - Ken
