Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cab from Washington opens with a spicy red raspberry bouquet with notes of pepper and tobacco. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a smoky red raspberry with notes of old oak and a dash of pepper. The finish is dry and its mild tannins are gentle. The panel would pair this easy going Cab with pecan crusted salmon or eggplant parmigianna. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: Intense dark red. Elegant fragrance of dust, marzipan, red plum, black currant, spice, licorice and dried herb. Polished, complex palate of red & black fruits, bitter almond, herb, black licorice and sweet spice. Smooth, bright, lengthy finish. Casey Mcclellan, Winemaker and Owner
