Wine Review: Although this isn't quite the same as the Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs, Rose, and Blanc de Noirs it is a very good substitute. The Mirabelle non-vintage Brut has the same upfront fruit and toasty notes found in its bigger siblings but lacks some of the depth and finish. It has notes of toasted bread with butter and fig jam. In addition, there are notes of dried grapes, candied dates, and the slightest hint of aged cheddar. It should be of no surprise this wine is this good. – Nicolay

Winemaker Notes: This bottling expresses generous fruit. Tropical aromas of mango and papaya, followed by nuances of pomelo and fresh cherry, are accentuated with notes of dried pineapple, hazelnut and warm brioche. The wine has bright flavors of red apple, orange, lemon marmalade and pineapple. The palate is crisp on entry, with a mouthwatering acidity and a long lingering finish.
