Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a black cherry bouquet with a hint of raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and quite fruity. The flavor profile is a ripe boysenberry and blackberry with integrated oak and a touch of minerality. The finish is dry and its mild acidity shows up and lingers in the end. This Pinot would appeal to Zin fans and would pair well with short ribs. Enjoy – Ken
