Wine Review: This pale yellow covered wine will be loved by readers who are fans of bold styled New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. It opens with a fragrant lime bouquet with a hint of grapefruit. On the palate, this wine is medium to full bodied, tangy and a bit tart. The flavor profile displays lots of lime and ripe grapefruit with a touch of minerality and white pepper. It really comes together after swirling and some air. The finish is dry and it lingers slightly. It would be a very good match for grilled swordfish with a lemon butter drizzle. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pale straw colored. Pungent tropical aromas of passion fruit and guava. This is an intense Sauvignon Blanc with an incredible concentration of flavours and palate weight. Passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus flavours dominate the palate with an underlying mineral and nettle note and a rich round finish.
