Wine Review: This sparkler displays lots of bubbles and is pale straw colored. It opens with a doughy bouquet with hints of apple and twig. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, bubbly and plenty of acidity. The flavor profile is a mineral infused tart green apple with notes of tangerine. The finish is dry and its acidity lingers for quite a while. The panel suggested pairing this wine with cherrystones and sushi. Enjoy - KWGTP
Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
