Wine Review: This pale yellow colored sparkler opens with a forward bread dough, biscuit, and wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic, and crisp. The flavor profile is a tart green apple, mineral, and bread like blend. The finish is quite dry and brief. The panel suggested pairing this sparkler with mini ham and cheese quiche appetizers. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: The Roederer Estate Brut is crisp and elegant with complex pear, spice and hazelnut flavors. It is fresh and lightly fruity with great finesse and depth of flavor.
