Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from Robert Weil is terrific! It opens with a fragrant green apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, displays nice acidity and is pleasantly sweet. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe green apple with notes of apricot and lemon tea. The finish remains sweet and its flavors linger and last for quite a while. This Riesling would pair nicely with macaroon cookies. Enjoy - Ken
