Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling opens with a mild pear and slight wet stone bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and a tad crisp. The flavor profile is a gentle mineral infused green apple with a touch of white pepper and green pear. The finish is semi-dry and rather refreshing. I would pair this friendly Riesling with a spiral ham with a brown sugar glaze. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: The 2010 Estate Riesling Dry has an intense stony lemon aroma, with a firm, dense texture, well-balanced dryness and a fine fruit finish.
