Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot opens with a fragrant strawberry and red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and very fruit forward. The flavor profile is a concentrated and tasty strawberry licorice with notes of red raspberry and a touch of cherry cola. This finish is dry and its mild tannins are food friendly. This Pinot would pair well with a grilled chicken on mashed potatoes smothered with a cherry amaretto sauce. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Complex Bing cherry and ripe plum aromas combine with hints of spice and forest floor in the fruit-forward yet subtly earthy nose of this Pinot Noir. Vibrant, juicy cherry and cranberry flavors mingle with black plum and delicate traces of black tea and cloves enhance the long-lasting, supple and silky finish.
