Wine Review: This almost clear colored white blend opens with a fragrant lemon verbena and Honeydew melon like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused lime with notes of Anjou pear and a touch of lychee. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. The refreshing blend is a terrific summer wine and would pair nicely grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: We blended Sauvignon Blanc with Pinot Blanc, then added a little Chardonnay to build another fantastic white blend (a penchant of ours). This is a wine for all seasons and owns complexity and balance. There's gorgeous fruit, perfect acidity and a long finish that will offer you infinite menu possibilities.
