Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Zinfandel opens with a plum bouquet with hints of cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and soft. The flavor profile is a tasty black currant with hints of cedar and black pepper. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are a bit sticky. This Zin is food friendly and should be served in the near term with pork tenderloin or a lamb chop with a honey maple glaze. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Our blend for the 2007 Zinfandel is accented with Barbera, and Alicante. Great color, luscious berry fruit flavors, scents from the French Oak aging and firm chalky tannins round out this sensational wine.
