Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Malbec opens with a fragrant blueberry bouquet with a hint of toasted oak. On the palate, this wine is full bodied and balanced. The flavor profile is a very tasty lush blueberry with notes of oak, black raspberry, and black pepper mixed in. The finish is dry and its tannins show nice extended length. The panel suggested pairing this wine with jambalaya or chili. Enjoy - KWGTP

Winemaker Notes: Deep red in color with intense violet shades. On the nose, a combination of red fruits and toasty notes given by the French oak are evident. In the mouth the wine is complex and structured with a long aftertaste. Pair with grilled meats.
