Wine Review: This is a really good dry Riesling. It is white gold colored and opens with a mild apple like bouquet with a hint of orange and lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, dry-styled, balanced, and approachable. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with a hint of white pepper and lime. The finish remains dry and refreshing. I would pair this dry Riesling with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Nose of orange and orange peel, rich, complex now, again slightly flinty and smoky (due to indigenious yeast too), well balanced acidity.
